The building was constructed at the beginning of the 20th century and is located in the Jerónimos neighbourhood, one of the most emblematic and exclusive areas of Madrid.
It is a unique building, not only because of the quality of the materials used in its construction, but also because it has two main façades, the north to C/ Antonio Maura and the south to C/ Méndez Núñez.
With a surface area of 2,800 m2 distributed over four floors, attic, ground floor and semi-basement, in addition to the two main façades, it has two courtyards that provide abundant natural light to the interior areas.
The project contemplates the comprehensive refurbishment of the building and its execution in two phases, covering structure, roofs, distribution, installations, finishes and restoration of historical architectural elements.
