[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The department of office refurbishment of the construction company Antana has completed the refurbishment of the common areas and facilities of an office building located in the Salamanca district of Madrid.
The intervention in the communal areas has focused on the finishes of the access landings to each of the floors and the main entrance, replacing marble and phenolic boards with granite and cherry wood. The communal bathrooms have also been refurbished, enlarging their surface area and replacing the sanitary fittings.
In terms of the installations, the refurbishment has focused on the downpipes, air-conditioning systems and the electrical, PCI and telecommunications networks. One of the objectives of this renovation of installations has been to improve the energy efficiency of the building, for which more efficient air-conditioning equipment, presence detectors and low-consumption lighting have been installed.
