Very close to Madrid's Atocha station is a building with a triangular floor plan and a certain industrial appearance. Exposed brick and rationally arranged openings give the building a factory appearance that blends in well with the surroundings to which it belongs.
Building refurbishment: from former factory to state-of-the-art offices
Despite its charm, the building was in very poor condition and was in need of renovation. Structure, joinery, façade, installations, roof.... A wide-ranging project was planned to maintain the character of the building and allow the installation of state-of-the-art offices. Access control, climate control and lighting control were installed. The layout was configured according to the latest trends in workspaces, giving prominence to common areas and encouraging collaborative activities.

In four months, the project was drawn up, the licence was processed and the work was executed. It was necessary to overlap work and duplicate shifts to meet the schedule required by the client without sacrificing the highest levels of quality and service.
