The two construction companies have joined forces to execute this unique project located at number 11, Plaza del Marqués de Salamanca.
The development is located in the Salamanca neighbourhood, one of the most sought-after areas of Madrid. The homes, ranging in size from 265m2 to 650m2, will be built to the highest quality standards and will have communal spaces and services to match this emblematic building.
The building was designed in 1932 by the architect Francisco García Nava and consists of 8,774m2 distributed over seven floors above ground and a basement. It is fully protected and its two exterior façades overlook the Plaza del Marqués de Salamanca and Calle Príncipe de Vergara.
The refurbishment project, drawn up by the architect José Antonio Menéndez, is a benchmark in the refurbishment and adaptation of a building, respecting its degree of protection and maintaining its original architecture and historical character. The development consists of sixteen dwellings, two offices and a commercial premises and its refurbishment covers the entire building, both in terms of distribution and in terms of installations and finishes.
The developer of this very special project is Terralpa, a real estate investment fund set up to develop the luxury residential sector in Madrid.
Fernandez Molina and Antana join forces in this project with the aim of contributing all their experience in construction and, especially, in the refurbishment of unique buildings with special technical, architectural and historical relevance.
Colliers International will be responsible for the marketing of the project through its Residential Sales Advisory division. The residential team of the international consultancy firm has extensive experience in the marketing and sales management of this type of projects, with a turnover of more than 400 million euros in the last 3 years. Its portfolio includes numerous emblematic projects in the capital such as Lagasca 99, Four Seasons Private Residence, Españoleto 19, Espronceda 32 and Levitt Lazarejo.
