Antana's methodology in the drafting of projects and execution of works is certified according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and inspired by Lean and Agile methodologies. Our way of working allows us to be efficient and flexible, meeting our objectives in terms of quality, deadline and cost.

- Comparison of approved suppliers
- Indirect cost control: optimisation of deadlines, human resources and auxiliary equipment
4. Health and safety
- Continuous tidiness and cleanliness. Supplier commitment
- Discard obsolete tools
- Avoidance of stockpiling (Just in Time methodology - stock in supplier's warehouse)
- External audit of Occupational Risk Prevention, which measures the implementation of the Manual on each site.
- Supply control: commitment to quality, carbon footprint and recyclability of materials

5. Communication and coordination
- Multidisciplinary teams involved (client, architect, site team, engineering, decoration, landscaping....)
- Team coordination: Weekly meetings, monitoring of work in progress (kan ban boards) and resolution of pending issues (Antanapp).
