Refurbishment of an office building with an occupant
Antana has just completed the refurbishment of an office building in Madrid's Salamanca district. The building, built in the middle of the last century and with a total surface area of 4,150 m2, required a renovation of its facilities and a change of image in its common areas.
The refurbishment has affected the air-conditioning, electricity, lighting, fire protection, plumbing and drainage installations. As for the finishes, noble and durable materials such as cherry wood, black granite and stainless steel have been chosen.
The refurbishment has been carried out in phases in order to minimise disruption to the occupants of the various offices in the building. In addition, the most disruptive works have been carried out outside working hours.
