In Antana we manage the procedures for the application of subsidies for the rehabilitation of buildings.
At Antana we specialize in the integral rehabilitation of buildings. As an added value to our services, we have become a Subsidy Management Entity of the Energy Rehabilitation Program for Buildings (PREE) and we are in charge of carrying out all the necessary procedures for the application of subsidies and grants for the rehabilitation of buildings.
Types of aid and subsidies for building renovation.
Currently the grants are as follows:
- PREE5000 Promotion of energy rehabilitation.
- Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. Temporary deductions IRPF 20, 40 and 60 %.
- Aid for Self-consumption, Storage and Thermal Systems.
- Grants for energy rehabilitation actions in residential buildings and housing.
All grants are active until mid to late 2023 or exhaustion of funds. We have to emphasize that the aids have different conditions but a common outstanding one is: improvement of the energy classification. This must be duly justified, for example, in reports, projects and/or certificates.
